this was my first time in mainland africa, also my first time doing a safari tour.
i enjoyed how close we were able to get to these majestic beasts.
my biggest takeaway from this trip is how the lion is not concerned with humans - he knows he is a the top of the chain, you are insignificant to him. this brought a perspective which i hadnt thought about before - what aspects of your life should you treat like the lion treats us?
this collection spans over different parks reserves, and beaches, all located within mainland tanzania or zanzibar. i made a conscious decision to keep all these photos in color. although i love black and white, i need to do mother nature justice.
